Your week, organised.

Lectures, labs and tutorials — organised by day, with reminders when something changes. Edit an entry as a one-time change or a permanent one for the rest of the semester.

How it works

Your week, the way it actually happens.

01

Open your week

See Monday through Sunday in one view, grouped by day. An empty day simply shows "No classes scheduled".

02

Know what's what

Lectures, tutorials and labs are typed so you can tell them apart at a glance; a venue that isn't set yet falls back to "TBD".

03

Edit without breaking the pattern

Tap Edit, then choose whether a change applies "This Week" only or "Permanent" for the rest of the semester.

04

Add what's missing

Use Add Custom Class to slot in a course code, name, start and end time, venue and type by hand.

05

Stay in sync

Schedule changes announced by official email are applied automatically and tagged "Modified by email notice".

Class types

Every class, typed and placed.

Type

Lecture

The default class type — the full course meeting, timetabled by day and slot.

Type

Tutorial

Smaller, discussion-driven sessions tied to a lecture course.

Type

Lab

Hands-on sessions, usually longer blocks with a dedicated venue.

Semester

Week-numbered

The current semester started January 6, 2026 and runs to April 30 — shown on-screen as "WEEK n".

Good to know

Editable two ways

Change a class permanently for the rest of the semester, or just for this week — your choice, every time.

Email-aware

When the department emails a room or timing change, UAI applies it and flags the entry so you know why it moved.
