Delete your account.
Enter your Kerberos ID and password to permanently delete your UAI account and data. This works without installing or opening the app, and takes effect immediately. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what is and isn't removed.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and stored (encrypted) credentials
- Stored email and attachments
- Chat / assistant history
- Lost & Found items and images
- Device tokens and active sessions
What's preserved
Attendance records and certain university-owned academic data are retained as institutional records, even after account deletion — see Section 12 of the Privacy Policy.
This is permanent
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be reversed. You'll need to register again from scratch to use UAI afterward.
